What our clients are saying

Lee Agur

★★★★★

“We hired Whitfield Homes for a major renovation project that included our lobby, 42 hotel rooms, and a new salt spa. This was a complex commercial project that needed to be completed during our slower winter season, and Whitfield delivered beyond expectations. The lobby renovation is stunning — custom-built front desk with micro-cement countertops, acoustic wall panels, and a beautiful coffee bar our guests love. If you need a commercial renovation contractor or a custom homes builder in Penticton or anywhere in the Okanagan, I can’t recommend Whitfield Homes highly enough.”

Haydn Gurmin

★★★★★

“We hired Whitfield to build a full sport court at our property and they delivered something our whole family uses every single day. The project was a little more complex than we had first anticipated, but Jeff kept us informed every step of the way. The court was completed in great time. The end result is absolutely first class. We have no hesitation recommending Whitfield given the quality of their work.”

Lynn Neufeld

★★★★★

“I can’t say enough good things about this company! Jeff acted as a true partner throughout: boots on the ground, communicating regularly, and keeping us informed every step of the way. We were living out of province during the build so we needed someone we could genuinely trust — and that’s exactly what we got. We’re extremely happy with how our new space turned out and would not hesitate to hire Whitfield again.”

★★★★★

“Whitfield Homes built our lakefront home in 2024. They were professional and knowledgeable, had excellent staff and tradespeople, and kept us updated on timelines with monthly budget updates. They made sure our new home was exactly what we were expecting. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.”
