We completed pre-construction services, including interviewing designers and architects, handling site preparation and demolition, and establishing the construction budget in real time as the design was developing. The clients were hands-on during the design phase and helped shape the ceiling heights, room sizes, and features. Interior designers and landscape designers were also involved to ensure a cohesive and functional design.

Energy efficiency and low carbon footprint are priorities for these homeowners, who chose not to use a natural gas connection. The home features an exterior air barrier, heated concrete floors, triple-glazed European windows, a heat pump, solar-ready design, and 320-amp electrical service, all ensuring the home will be comfortable and efficient well into the future.
